Local start-up assistance

Since its founding in 1989 Interregional Academy of Personnel Management provide assistance in the local community supporting the start-up of financially and socially sustainable businesses through relevant education or resources (e.g. mentorship programs, training workshops, access to Academy facilities).

IAPM has been continuously nurturing local entrepreneurship, particularly in Kyiv, Kremenchuk, Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr and Dnipro and surrounding regions, through its comprehensive support system that combines institutional resources, industry partnerships, and structured development programs. This commitment to fostering entrepreneurship has garnered recognition in all these regions from regional leaderships and local business representatives.

At the core of IAPM’s entrepreneurship support system is a multi-faceted approach that combines educational resources, mentorship, and practical assistance.

This training course focuses on local community members, including beginners who want to start their own business and anyone who wants to expand their knowledge of business and entrepreneurship. The training course emphasizes practical knowledge and entrepreneurial competencies, preparing graduates to contribute to local economic development.
