The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) has implemented a comprehensive Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Policy (AHDP) to ensure that all applicants and individuals associated with the Academy are treated fairly and non-discriminatory. The policy encourages diversity, equity and inclusion, and emphasizes the creation of an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.
To ensure accountability, the Academy has a Disciplinary Committee to investigate policy violations and an Appeals Committee to review student complaints. Short- and long-term measures include training, clear reporting mechanisms, victim support and mentoring programs. Gender equality is a priority, with active tracking of applications and admissions to identify barriers.
IAPM is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) among students and staff, and training and investigation of policy violations are planned. Awareness campaigns, ongoing trainings and seminars are held to raise awareness of harassment and discrimination. Mentoring and coaching programs are planned for professional development. The Academy also prioritizes accessibility for people with disabilities by providing physical access and collaborating with disability support organizations. Support services include academic assistance, counseling, and career guidance. The Accessibility Scheme offers reasonable accommodations, such as extended exam times and assistive technology, adapted to individual needs. Appropriate funding is allocated to support these initiatives.
