ANNOTATION

The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) recognizes that infrastructure development and innovation are a prerequisite for economic progress. Technological progress provides solutions to environmental and economic problems and is able to influence social factors.
The main priorities of the IAPM in the implementation of SDG 9 are to stimulate and encourage research in the field of development of innovative ecosystems, information and telecommunication technologies, high-tech engineering, and the creation of new materials.
CURRENT SITUATION
The Academy has an infrastructure that fully meets European standards:
- educational buildings
- conference rooms
- dormitories
- medical center;
- library
- sports complexes;
- concert hall;
- parks with unique cultural and artistic objects;
- student restaurants, cafes and canteens, grocery stores, a hairdresser's, sauna, etc.
The Academy successfully operates a postgraduate and doctoral program, which conducts scientific research, including problems related to industry, innovation and infrastructure. The results of such research are successfully published in eleven in-house scientific professional journals and national and international scientific professional journals.
Completed research projects are successfully defended in four permanent specialized academic councils.
IAPM also conducts long-term general academic research that addresses issues related to industry, innovation and infrastructure on the following topics:
- Strategies and technologies for the formation of competitive human capital in the education system as a major factor in the development of the domestic economy;
- Improvement of business process management at enterprises;
- Strategic anti-crisis management of the enterprise as a direction of ensuring the financial security of the enterprise;
- Problems of development of the stock market of Ukraine;
- Management of corporate social responsibility of business organizations;
- Scientific and methodological substantiation of the problems of motivational management of personnel in the context of the current stage of development of the country;
- Formation of approaches to social responsibility management in personnel management;
- Modernization of mechanisms for the formation of financial resources by state structures, business entities and the population of Ukraine as a condition for economic and social development of society;
- Formation of systemic directions for the development of corporate social responsibility in the current conditions of economic development;
- Development of public management and administration in the context of systemic sectoral reforms: social, economic, security and cultural aspects ;
- Development of recommendations for the territorial communities of the region on the formation of separate clusters on their territory, based on their potential capabilities.
