Sustainable development gender equality
The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) is focussed on
achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls. The Academy
is actively involved in collecting and tracking data on students, their access to
education, academic progress and representation in various fields. The Academy
has a policy of promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, as well as support
mechanisms such as mentoring programs and scholarships aimed at
empowering students. In addition, IAPM seeks to prevent discrimination and
persecution by implementing a policy to protect those who report such cases. In
general, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management promotes a
policy of gender equality and the promotion of an inclusive environment for all
members of society.
