INTEGRATION OF FINANCIAL AND DEMOGRAPHIC FACTORS INTO STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
The monograph highlights an integrative approach to strategic planning for sustainable economic development of Ukraine through a combination of financial and demographic factors. The role of macrofinancial determinants, investment activity and financial policy in the context of demographic transformation is revealed. Modern challenges caused by war, population aging, labor migration and reduction of labor potential are outlined. Special attention is paid to the analysis of population structure, labor market dynamics, labor mobility and human capital reproduction. Approaches to combining demographic and financial indicators in forecasting models and strategic planning for the country's post-war recovery are developed. For scientists, specialists in the field of economics, public administration and everyone who researches the challenges of sustainable development in the context of a demographic crisis.

Honcharenko M. F., & Horbach L. M. (2023). Sustainable development: modern paradigm, realities and prospects. Kyiv: Kondor Publishing House
The current stage of civilisation development and its interaction with the environment inevitably leads to the development of new theories, concepts or models of global development. The creation of complex environmental problems by modern civilisation and the need to find ways to solve them has led to the emergence of the concept of sustainable development. It is driven by the need to limit uncontrolled growth and inefficient resource consumption. This concept is being developed and supported by leading scientists, politicians, experts, global organisations and the scientific community in general.
Monograph by the authors: "Sustainable Development: Modern Paradigm, Realities and Prospects" by M. Goncharenko and L. Gorbach is dedicated to the study of modern theories, concepts and models of sustainable development. The study focuses on the main characteristics of the concepts of regional economic development, problematic issues of assessing sustainability indicators in the context of socio-economic development.
The structure of the work is determined by the sequence of solving the tasks related to the research, including: research on the emergence and formation of the sustainable development paradigm, study of the main historical aspects of the emergence and formation of the sustainable development concept, study of the views of domestic and foreign scholars on the essential content of the concept of sustainable development, green economy, globalisation and regionalisation, as well as important approaches to achieving sustainable development within the global and national economies.
The first chapter of the monograph discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of the phenomenon of sustainable development, reveals the essence and main features of sustainable development. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of methodological approaches to the development of sustainable development indicators, and the expediency of using sustainable development indicators is substantiated, taking into account international experience. As a result, it is found that the concept of sustainable development was formed as a reaction in response to the aggravation of environmental, social and economic problems; global and national problems of achieving sustainable development should be addressed through awareness of the problems and the need to adjust the development model at the micro, macro, national and international levels.
The second section is devoted to the study of the concepts of regional economic development, in particular, a comparative analysis of methodological approaches to theories of regional economic development, the problems of regional clustering for the formation and implementation of innovative potential and sustainable development of territories, a multi-level analysis of socio-economic development of regions, as well as analysis and evaluation of indicators of socio-economic development of regions.
The third section of the monograph discusses the conceptual foundations of sustainable development in the context of globalisation and regionalisation. The author's vision of globalisation in the context of modern scientific knowledge is presented, taking into account the inherent contradictions of this process. The essence of globalisation processes in the economy, their positive and negative aspects, manifestations and consequences are revealed. Attention is focused on the global problems of humanity and ways to solve them are substantiated. The processes of regionalisation, which are inherent in the development of the modern world and occur alongside the processes of globalisation, are considered.
The processes of globalisation and regionalisation that are taking place in the world today and are gaining momentum determine the course of development of the world community. Global regionalisation is seen as a phenomenon of the global world development and as a new form of structuring the global world.
In the fourth section, based on the study, the authors tried to substantiate the need to develop and implement a sustainable development policy, which should be an adequate response to the global challenges of modern civilisation and an important prerequisite for the development and implementation of a fundamentally new "model of the future" to address the obvious and hidden problems of environmental, economic and social development of society.
The author analyses the need for humanity to move to a new paradigm of balanced economic development - the "green" economy, on the basis of which its main directions and prospects for development are revealed, and the peculiarities and problems of forming strategies for the transition of civilisation to the trajectory of sustainable economic development are shown. The main directions of forming the concept of sustainable economic development with due regard for environmental factors, problems and strategic directions of ensuring sustainable economic development are identified, and the priorities of innovative support for environmental development are outlined.
The publication is intended for teachers, postgraduate students and students of higher education institutions, researchers

Environmental Innovations as a Driver of the Green Economy: Conceptual Foundations and Strategic Priorities
Kyiv: Kondor Publishing House
The monograph is devoted to the study of contemporary theoretical and methodological approaches to the development of environmental innovations and their role in fostering sustainable economic development. It examines the theoretical foundations of the greening of the economy, the classification of environmental innovations, and the concepts of the green economy and low-carbon development, as well as the prospects for their implementation in national practice. The work also explores the mechanisms for shaping effective environmental policy at both the national and regional levels.
The study analyzes current trends in innovation-driven development in Ukraine, including the implementation of the circular economy, the advancement of renewable energy sources, improvements in energy efficiency, and the decarbonization of the economy. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of international experience—especially that of EU countries—in the field of implementing “green” innovations and financing environmental initiatives, as well as to the priorities and strategies of national development in Ukraine.
The publication may be useful for researchers, academics, PhD candidates, university students, and professionals in the fields of economics, environmental studies, and natural resource management.

The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management was the first among Ukrainian universities to use the TASK test system from Sulitest as an independent system for assessing the quality of education in the field of sustainable development
The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management was the first Ukrainian university to use the TASK test system from Sulitest as an independent system for assessing the quality of education in the field of sustainable development. From 16 to 20 December, the first session of testing on sustainability knowledge among the Academy's undergraduate and postgraduate students was held.
Since 2023, the Sustainability Literacy Test (or Sulitest) has been a modern and internationally recognised certification system for sustainability knowledge, which is accessible and easy to implement, reliable and globally recognised, and aimed at raising awareness of university students or company employees of the basic principles of environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) as a set of characteristics of a company's management, and the company's involvement in solving environmental, social and governance problems
On 23–24 December 2025, students of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) took part in an international sustainability knowledge assessment using the TASK tool developed by Sulitest. The testing was conducted under a valid cooperation agreement between IAPM and Sulitest and involved both students and academic staff.
