Peace, justice and effective institutions

The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) actively contributes to the realization of Sustainable Development Goal 16 by promoting a diverse and inclusive governance structure, supporting students through the student council, and engaging local stakeholders. IAPM provides an expert institution to national organizations, offers capacity-building initiatives for policymakers, conducts policy-oriented research in collaboration with government agencies, and provides a neutral platform for open debate. The IAPM Discussion Club also stimulates the free exchange of ideas and opinions through social media. These initiatives collectively respond to IAPM's commitment to stimulating society, government, and strong institutions in its academic and social activities.
