Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) recognises that financial hardship can affect a student’s ability to thrive and complete their studies. To remove these barriers, IAPM provides a comprehensive range of support services that enable students from low-income families to focus on academic achievement and overall well-being. The low-income student support was intended to reduce barriers related to basic living and study needs. Student support was provided in the areas of food, accommodation, transportation, legal assistance, study materials or other services.

Interregional Academy of Personnel Management offers a Study Grant to support students aspiring to study at the IAPM. The Study Grant has steadily expanded its scope since its launch. It is designed to provide financial assistance to deserving students, ensuring that financial challenges do not become an obstacle to accessing quality education. Financial Department of Interregional Academy of Personnel Management help students secure education loans from various banks with which the u Academy has established tie-ups. This service is available at the time of admission and can be availed in the first year as well as in subsequent years of study. The Financial Department provides guidance to ensure a smooth process for students seeking financial support for their education. The IAPM has partnered with multiple banks to offer convenient loan facilities. Banks within the IAPM's campus provide immediate access to education loan services.

To cater to the diverse needs of its students, particularly those from low-income families, IAPM offers high-quality residential options, including apartments and hostels. The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management is committed to ensuring that students have access to above-average living necessities, creating a comfortable home away from home. This commitment helps students focus on their studies without the worry of inadequate housing.
There are 4 dormitories on the territory of the Academy. The student dormitory is intended for accommodation during the period of study of students, provided that they do not have another place to live. The total number of places is 700 beds. One block-type dormitory and three corridor-type dormitories with 2, 3, and 4 local rooms.
The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay of students. Bathrooms, showers and kitchens in the required number are located on the floors.
All ground floors of dormitories have rooms equipped for people with disabilities. Entrances and elevators are adapted for convenient use by people with disabilities. Campus accommodation includes several ground floor en suite rooms suitable for wheelchair access. There are also several rooms accessible by lift, which may be suitable for students with disabilities. These rooms have wider doors with low-level locks, larger floor space and pull cords in place of light switches. Those rooms with showers are adapted so that the shower has a seat and no step.
The dormitory experience allows students to live and learn alongside peers from diverse regions of Ukraine and around the world. Throughout the year, students can participate in various sports, cultural, and social events, creating lasting memories and friendships during their time at the Academy.
Students from low-income families can benefit from discounts on dormitory housing and subsidized meals in the Academy’s cafeterias. Understanding the significance of nutrition for academic success, the university prioritizes the health and satisfaction of its students by providing a well-planned canteens and cafes that offers nutritious meals tailored to various dietary preferences. This ensures that students, especially those from economically challenged backgrounds, can maintain a balanced diet while focusing on their studies, thus alleviating some financial burdens.
At present, 5 canteens and cafes are open simultaneously on the IAPM campus during the entire academic year.
To ensure that students can receive high-quality and affordable meals, IAPM campuses have canteens where food is offered at reasonable prices. The Academy covers part of the cost of meals, allowing students to pay only 22% of the total cost of meals. For example, a lunch in the canteen can cost students about 53 UAH (1.2 EUR), making meals affordable for most. The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management also has a special discount system for employees, which can significantly reduce food costs.

IAPM goes beyond food and housing by providing excellent recreational facilities that contribute to the overall well-being of its students.
Sports and Cultural Activities: Students are encouraged to participate in sports, cultural, and literary activities, with dedicated grants and recognition for outstanding performers.
The Academy collaborates with employers to provide internships and job placements for students. This offers valuable professional experience and helps students manage their financial burdens during studies.
With multiple part-time job opportunities offered every semester, students can choose from a variety of specialized job profiles across different departments. The jobs are designed to accommodate a maximum of 20 working hours per week, making it possible for students to balance their academics and part-time work.
There are more than 200 jobs available with more than 30 different IAPM's departments/offices. Positions range from administrative support and customer service, to athletic coordinators to research roles.

IAPM provides transportation services to facilitate easy access to campus and nearby areas for students, helping to ease commuting challenges. This initiative ensures that all students can attend classes and participate in campus activities without any burden.
To support student mobility, Interregional Academy of Personnel Management provides free in-campus transportation with 2 shuttle buses operating Monday to Friday in two shifts (06.00–10.00 and 16.00–19.00). In addition, the Academy runs a program that allows students to borrow bicycles provided by the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. With a fleet of over 100 bicycles, this initiative promotes physical well-being and sustainable mobility while reducing transportation costs for students.
Interregional Academy of Personnel Management and our partners across campus offer additional options for transition programming. Students will find opportunities to meet new people and make friends, explore all that campus has to offer, receive valuable information and mentorship, learn how to apply for financial aid and source other funds – and other forms of support for their journey.
