The IAPM gives students, who demonstrate financial need, opportunities to work on campus part-time (max 12 hoursweek) during the fallwinter terms and part- or full-time (max 35 hoursweek) over the summer. There are more than 200 jobs available with more than 50 different IAPM departments. Positions range from administrative support and customer service to athletic coordinators and research roles. Through partnerships with employers, the Academy offers students access to internships and part-time jobs. This helps them gain practical experience and earn income.

• Extracurricular Activities. It includes organizing cultural, athletic and social events to enrich the students` university experience.

• Helthcare Services. It includes providing primary healthcare through on-campus medical clinics and organizing health awareness campains to promote public health and prevent diseases.

This support enables low-income students to access the necessary resources for comprehensive academic development and enhances the accessibility of education for all student categories. Thus, in addition to financial aid aimed at easing the economic burden for students from low-income families, IAPM strives to create an environment in which all students, without exception, can thrive and succeed. It is this inclusive and equitable approach that allows everyone to develop their full potential, enjoying the same opportunities for success.
