Public Access To Green Spaces

The IAPM ensures permanent and free public access to open areas and green spaces, promoting community well-being and environmental sustainability.

The Academy provides permanent and free access to green spaces across its campus, which spans a total area of 15 hectares.

Landscaping is an essential component of the Academy’s infrastructure, supporting a harmonious integration of academic activities, recreation, and community engagement.

The campus includes:

The "Garden of Ukraine" Park – a symbolic landscape complex representing the natural and cultural diversity of Ukraine’s regions;

The Trypillia Culture Park – a space dedicated to one of the most ancient civilizations on the territory of Ukraine, used for educational, cultural, and outreach events;

Five inner courtyards located between academic buildings – multifunctional areas designed for festivals, musical performances, outdoor classes, and other activities.

These open spaces play a key role in creating a comfortable academic environment, promoting the physical and mental well-being of students and staff, and strengthening the Academy’s connection with the broader community.

The IAPM campus features the unique Alley of the Muses — a cultural and aesthetic space dedicated to the nine Ancient Greek muses, patrons of the arts, sciences, and creativity. The alley symbolizes the deep connection between education, culture, and inspiration.

Sculptural representations of the muses are harmoniously integrated into the landscape design, creating an atmosphere of intellectual upliftment and encouraging the creative development of both students and visitors. The alley serves as a space for reflection, artistic events, cultural gatherings, and leisurely walks.

Access to the Alley of the Muses is completely open and free of charge to all visitors. It not only beautifies the campus but also plays an important educational and symbolic role, highlighting the significance of humanistic values in modern education.

The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management provides free public access to open spaces and green areas. The Academy's campus offer the community the opportunity to enjoy the natural heritage and green spaces. There are more than 10 species of trees on the Academy’s grounds, including rare ones. The campus are accessible to visitors 7 days a week.

The Academy organizes trips for 9th and 10th grade students from schools in Kyiv, as well as various promotional events to welcome school visitors from different regions of Ukraine. These events are coordinated by the Academy’s Career Guidance Department and provide students with the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the campus. Additionally, events such as Career Days are open to the public, allowing participants to enjoy the green spaces and learn about the opportunities offered by the Academy.

Such practices reflect IAPM's commitment to being open to the community, protecting its green spaces and making them available to a wider audience. By interacting with the parks, gardens and natural landscapes on campus, visitors can benefit from the peaceful environment that the Academy offers.
