Public Access To Libraries

The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management provides automatic free public access to all of the Academy's libraries, including all books, publications, and electronic databases.

The International Library and Information Centre named after Yaroslav Mudryi manages the Library of the Presidential University (Kyiv) and 16 libraries of the Institutes located in other regions of Ukraine.

The total area of the library of the Presidential University (Kyiv) is over 3000 m2.

It is available to all visitors, including those who do not study at the Academy, free of charge (free access):

  • a subscription and cosy reading rooms with a universal book collection of 354517 books:
  • access to more than 100 world electronic databases: total number of electronic publications - 24472
  • a computer room where you can use the electronic catalogue, electronic library, Internet, scanner and work on a laptop: number of seats in the reading room - 562

Individual consultations with users are conducted, book exhibitions, thematic information shelves, information stands are arranged, presentations, reviews of new acquisitions, etc., are held, and the entrance to these events is free, including for those who do not study at the Academy

In addition, all our alumni retain lifetime free access to our libraries.

In 2024, nearly 700 students and professors from other universities as well as other visitors, who do not study at the Academy, used our library resources, which was possible due to free access to the facilities and equipment of the IAPM campus.

In addition, on October 9, 2024, the IAPM launched the"Library Hub" project aimed at expanding the functions of the library, making it more convenient for studying, working, and leisure activities. The library and all its amenities are available not only to students and staff of the Academy, but also to visitors and anyone interested. Access to the library is completely open and free of charge.
