The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) pays significant attention to and takes an active part in developing national and regional SDG policies in collaboration with government and non-governmental organizations. This engagement includes identifying key issues and challenges, developing policies and strategies, modeling future scenarios with and without interventions, monitoring and reporting on progress, and supporting adaptive management processes.
To ensure a continuous process of establishing, maintaining, and developing partnerships with regional NGOs and government bodies for SDG-related initiatives, the Academy has established the Office for the Promotion of Sustainable Development Goals.
On November 15, 2024, representatives of the Khmelnytskyi Institute of Interregional Academy of Personnel Management took part in a meeting of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. On October 8, 2024, the 10th International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Role of Jurisprudence in the Formation of Modern Society” was held at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (Prince Volodymyr the Great Institute of Law). The event brought together leading scientists, practitioners, judges, lawyers, representatives of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, members of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy, human rights defenders, students, and legal experts from Ukraine and abroad.
The conference began with a ceremonial opening by Professor Anatolii Kyslyi, Director of the Institute of Law, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Doctor of Juridical Sciences, and included addresses from distinguished guests and representatives of the international legal community. They emphasized the crucial role of jurisprudence in strengthening the rule of law and ensuring justice.
Each presentation was followed by lively discussions that encouraged the exchange of ideas, experiences, and insights into the future of legal development in the era of globalization. Special attention was given to discussion panels addressing the practical application of legal norms in various life spheres and the influence of modern technologies on the legal system.

On September 10, 2024, the book “Councils of Young Scientists of Ukraine” was published by Interregional Academy of Personell Management as part of its collaboration with the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
This more than 400-page volume highlights the activities of 56 Councils of Young Scientists from higher education and research institutions across Ukraine, including the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. The book provides an overview of the work of young researchers, presenting the current state and prospects of their initiatives. It serves as an important tool for sharing best practices in science promotion, supporting civic initiatives, and fostering the self-organization potential of young scholars. The publication is valuable for young scientists, academics, educators, and anyone interested in the development of science in Ukraine and beyond.

On April 25, 2024, the 4th All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Online Conference of Students and Young Scientists “Current Issues of Legal Science and Practice” took place at the Khmelnytskyi Institute of Interregional Academy of Personnel Management .
Participants included students and young researchers from numerous Ukrainian and international institutions: the Khmelnytskyi Institute of IAPM, the IAPM central campus, the Prince Volodymyr the Great Institute of Law, the Kharkiv Institute of IAPM, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the University of Glasgow, the University of Strathclyde, Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University, the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Protection Research, the Institute of Educational Problems of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the Koretskyi Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Vinnytsia Humanities and Pedagogical College, Leonid Yuzkov Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law, and others.
At the beginning of the event, Leonid Bilyi, Director of the Khmelnytskyi Institute of IAPM, emphasized the importance of students’ and young scientists’ research achievements, particularly in light of legislative changes during wartime. Presentations covered issues of civil, criminal, administrative, and labor law in wartime conditions, as well as questions of judicial operations, responsibility for collaboration activities, and war crimes. Participants also presented studies in international and environmental law, and in procedural legal disciplines.

On January 25, 2024, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Department of Education and Science of the Khmelnytskyi City Council and the Khmelnytskyi Institute of Interregional Academy of Personnel Management .
This long-standing partnership has resulted in numerous educational, outreach, and career-oriented projects over the years. The new memorandum aims to enhance cooperation in the field of science and education to foster intellectual development, scientific curiosity, and civic engagement among youth.
The agreement envisions joint projects, programs, and initiatives designed to improve the quality of education, promote research, and strengthen cultural and patriotic values within the community. Both parties pledged to work together on improving educational services, training qualified specialists, promoting science among young people, conducting educational and scientific events, and exchanging experience and innovations. The cooperation is based on equality, academic integrity, mutual benefit, and adherence to commonly accepted norms and principles.
