In 2024, the educational units of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, in cooperation with scientific institutions, industry associations, business representatives and professional stakeholders, held a number of practice-oriented events aimed at improving the competence of local producers, managers, farmers and education seekers. Throughout the year, round tables, seminars, conferences and working meetings were held dedicated to improving economic management, adapting the economy to war conditions, the impact of agricultural activities on ecosystems, reforming the legal environment in the context of European integration, as well as ensuring that educational programs meet market needs.

November 14, 2024 Meeting of the Department "The Importance of the Motivational Component for Increasing the Efficiency of Business Entities", attended by representatives of local businesses in the agricultural sector
March 12, 2024 Roundtable "Political and Social Influence on Economic Activity", attended by representatives of the local agricultural sector -
May 16, 2024 All-Ukrainian conference "Development of the Agrarian Sector of the Economy of Ukraine during the War", which brought together scientists and the farming community to discuss the challenges of wartime. The meeting was attended by the Honorary President of the Association of Farmers and Landowners of Ukraine -
The combination of these activities created an effective platform for knowledge transfer between science, business, and agricultural producers, contributed to the spread of innovative management solutions, the development of a sustainable economic model, and increased the resilience of Ukrainian regions in the context of war and post-war recovery.
