Free access to educational resources for those who don`t study at the IAPM
The International Library and Information Centre named after Yaroslav Mudryi of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management provides free access to educational resources (computers, library, including electronic copies of publications) and research activities carried out at IAPM for those who do not study at the Academy.
The International Library and Information Centre named after Yaroslav Mudryi manages the Library of the Presidential University (Kyiv) and 16 libraries of the Institutes located in other regions of Ukraine.
The total area of the library of the Presidential University (Kyiv) is over 3000 m2.
It is available to all users, including those who do not study at the Academy, free of charge:
All library work processes are carried out using the modern Automated Library Information System ‘Ukrainian Fondovyi Dim/Biblioteka’.
Individual consultations with users are conducted, book exhibitions, thematic information shelves, information stands are arranged, presentations, reviews of new acquisitions, etc., are held, and the entrance to these events is free, including for those who do not study at the Academy

In addition, all our alumni retain lifetime free access to our libraries. In addition, students and professors from other universities can access our educational resources free of charge. In 2024, nearly 700 students and professors from other universities used our library resources, which was possible due to free access to the facilities and equipment of the Kyiv campus, as well as online access to electronic resources.

In 2024, the Institute of Adult Education of IAPM conducted 16 free courses leading to a certificate for those not studying at the IAPM. The list of courses, which is constantly updated, is posted on the Institute's page.
