The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) implements a program aimed at supporting new entrepreneurs and fighting poverty. This program includes various areas and implements training courses, seminars and workshops that help entrepreneurs develop the necessary skills to run a business.

Training and education

The training courses consist of various modules covering:

Business basics: Introduction to entrepreneurship, market analysis, strategic planning.

Financial literacy: Accounting basics, financial management, budgeting.

Marketing and sales: Strategies for promoting products and services, brand development, social media.

Legal aspects: Business registration, record keeping, compliance with regulations and standards, and other areas that will help entrepreneurs manage their businesses effectively.

Mentoring

The program includes:
- Personalized mentoring. Each participant gets the opportunity to work with a mentor who has extensive experience in a particular field.

- Feedback sessions. Regular meetings to discuss successes and difficulties, adaptation of business development strategy to individual needs.
